For iOS purchases:
For refunds for purchases made using an iOS device, you will need to contact the Apple App Store. Here is how to submit a refund request to Apple:
- Go to: https://getsupport.apple.com/
- Click on these options in this order: Music, Apps, and Services > iOS Apps > App Store, iTunes Store & Music > iTunes Store Account Billing > Request a Refund
- Log in to your Apple ID.
- Use the drop down menu to request a refund.
You can protect your account by turning off in-app purchases on your device:
Settings > General > Restrictions > Allowed Content (In-App Purchases) > OFF
For Android purchases within the last 48 hours:
For refunds for purchases made using an Android device, you will need to contact the Google Play store. To request a refund through Google Play, please visit the link below:

For Android purchases made more than 48 hours ago, but less than 30 days ago:
Please send us a screenshot of your detailed receipt with your GPA order number clearly displayed, and your email address that was used to make the purchase, and we will be happy to assist you further. See: How to File a Support Ticket
For Android purchases made more than 30 days:
We are unable to refund any Android purchases made greater than 30 days ago. We apologize for this inconvenience.
