If you would like to prevent your child from connecting to the Episode app in the future, please provide the account Support ID to the Episode Support Team.

If you download the Episode app on your child's device, and then send us the Support ID found in the settings menu, we can locate that device in our servers and perform a device ban to prevent any future connections to the game.
After sending us the Support ID, you can then safely delete the application from the device. Any future installations on that device will not be able to connect to our game servers, preventing any further gameplay and purchases on that device.
Please note, factory resetting the device or switching to a new device will allow the user to connect to the game server once again. If you need the restriction reinstated after a factory reset or device change, please let us know.
How to find your Support ID:
- Tap the circle button in the top left corner of the Episode app.
- Tap "Settings".
- Scroll down to locate your Support ID.
