This can occur if your app has not refreshed. Please try fully closing and re-opening your app.
For IOS devices:
- Double-click the Home button.
- Swipe left or right until you have located the Episode app you wish to close.
- Swipe the app up to close it.
- Then relaunch the game.
For Android devices:
- Go to "Settings" on your device
- Tap "Applications"
- Tap "Episode"
- Tap "Force close"
