Though you cannot turn off in-app purchases on Android, sometimes your authorization to make purchases is disabled. Please follow these steps to check if you have purchase authorization settings enabled:
- Open the Google Play Store App
- Tap on the Menu Icon (it looks like three horizontal lines) in the upper left/right corner.
- Tap Settings
- Under User Controls, tap on "Require Authentication for Purchases"
- Select the appropriate option.
If you are still unable to make in-app purchases, please ensure you are logged into your correct Google account and have an up-to-date payment option registered with your account.
