To connect your in-app reading account to a new profile with a new email, first you must log out of your previous Profile/email (note: logging out will not log out of your reading progress, so it is ok to log out of your email without losing your progress):
- Tap on the circle button (upper left corner).
- Scroll down and tap on Settings.
- Scroll down and tap on 'Log Out' under the Account settings.
- You will receive a confirmation pop-up asking you to select OK to log out.
After you are logged out, you can then connect to a new email and create a new profile (Note: this will not create a new reading account and your story progress will not change. This method will link the new email to your existing progress. If logging in to a new email does restore an old account accidentally, please contact support for an account recovery).
Unfortunately, it is not possible to change the email associated with an existing profile, and we apologize for this inconvenience. The best solution at this time is to create a new profile with the new email and recreate your profile settings based on your original profile.
