If you purchased a new VIP subscription (Sapphire, Amethyst, etc), or if your subscription auto-renewed and you did not receive your subscription benefits after your payment cleared, then there may have been a technical issue preventing your subscription benefits from reaching your account in the app.
Episode's support team is not able to manually credit user's accounts with subscription benefits.
To receive your subscription benefits, please fully cancel and refund your current subscription and then try repurchasing it again.
