If you have consumed all of your Free Passes and are at zero passes, and your refill timer has reached 00:00:00, but your passes do not refill after the timer resets - this error usually means that your device clock is out of sync with the game server. Please try fully-closing and re-opening your app to reset your game clock.
If you already have the maximum amount of Free Passes when the timer resets, you will not receive more Free Passes. Free Passes do not accrue or stack.
