This is currently a known issue that can occur on iOS devices.
The team is actively investigating this issue; however, we currently do not have a time estimate as to when this issue will be repaired.
Many players have reported that reinstalling the Episode App repairs this issue; however, we recommend for all players to take caution when reinstalling the app as this can result in lost progress or lost accounts. Before reinstalling, please first write down your login email, login method (Google/Facebook), username, and Support ID (found in Settings) and keep it handy in case the Episode app requests this information to log back into your account.
