As this error message states, your email address is linked to an account that is on a different platform. If you are changing from an iOS to an Android device, or an Android to an iOS device, it is not possible to transfer your reading progress.
If you would like to re-use your email address on your new account, need to access your self-written Episode Author/Writer's Portal stories, or if you need to transfer your last 30 days purchases from your old account to your new account, please contact Episode Support.
