Error Message: Your account has been permanently suspended for violations of our Terms of Service

Episode has a strict zero tolerance policy against cheating and hacking. This can include, but is not limited to:

• Using cheats or hacks to modify your app.
• Logging in to someone else's account that has been modified using cheats and hacks. Accessing a modified/suspended account on your device will cause your device to be permanently restricted from accessing our servers.

In order to maintain fairness for all users, such suspensions are permanent and are unable to be reversed. Unfortunately, the Episode Support Team will not be able to assist you with removing this restriction from your account.
