If you have issues receiving passes in your game, you can contact support by doing the following:
- Go into your app.
- Tap on the menu button in the upper left corner, and navigate to "Settings", located at the bottom of the menu.
- Scroll to the "Support" sections, and there you'll find the "Contact Support" button. Tapping that will pull you from the app and into a browser where you can submit a support ticket.
Be sure to provide Support with all the information you can. This will include, your receipt of your purchase, email attached to your billing account, your support ID, and the package your purchased.
